About Your Order, Exchanges, & Refunds
My Dear Lady friends! First off, we want to say 'Thank You' for shopping LinGrace Boutique. It is because of stylish woman like yourself that we are able to chase our dream of bringing high end fashion to you.
We know you are eager to receive your items, so we do our best to ship all items out within 1-4 business days. *Please note that pre-order items can take up to six weeks to mail out.
Not totally in love with your items!? No worries! We will happily exchange your item(s) or issue a store credit. For in store purchases, items are eligible for exchange within 14 business days of the purchase date. For online orders, the items must arrive within 30 days of order date. Store credit will not include the original shipping fee and customer is responsible for return shipping cost. For in store and online returns, items must be unworn, with tags, and in original condition.
*Should an item be returned with no tags or having been worn, customer will receive an invoice for shipping to return the original items.
Damages, They happen! If an item is damaged and tags remain attached, our regular exchange policy is applied. If an item is worn and becomes damaged, please contact us via email to discuss your individual case.
To begin your return process, please email your order number and item to be returned to email@example.com. Currently, LinGrace Boutique is not issuing refunds.
